Serving is a really important part of being a Christian. Jesus said that it’s better to give then to receive and if you take this step you will find out that this is true. We have so many different ways you can get involved, from helping someone move house, to playing on the music team, flipping pancakes for Bus Club or setting out chairs.
The church is not a building that you just rock up too, rather the church is made up of people, and when you get involved you really do help with us serve God’s ultimate purpose and mission and that’s to help spread the word that Jesus is humanity’s only hope!
Serving in the life of the church is not just limited to Sunday either, as there are many mid week opportunities as well. You don’t have to have any particular skill set as we will teach you what to do by placing you with people you can follow. This is also a great way to get in on the fun of being involved behind the scenes, you will meet lots of people and get great satisfaction of seeing things happen!

God has given every believer gifts, gifts to use for His Glory. The best ways to discover your gifts are to pray and ask God. While you are doing this, begin to consider the things you enjoy and what you are good at. What is your passion and what skills have you obtained.
